Lon Spa’s Fitness Recovery Ritual is designed to help you recover from training or demanding work, relieve muscular tension and assist you to perform at your optimum level. Your recovery begins with a thermal contrast therapy journey Soak + Sauna + Plunge. Enjoy our Mineral Pool, Hot Mineral Soak and Outdoor Contrast Therapy space with Sauna, and Cold Plunge, whilst hydrating your body with herbal tea and lemon water. Private steam therapy is then followed by a 60-minute Muscle Ease Massage.
